A bit of friendly competition

I've decided to try and work up an alphabet to submit to the contest being held over at Design*Sponge! I'm looking forward to changing up my design routine to hopefully stretch myself a bit. I'll post my alphabet once I've submitted it to the contest! Keep your fingers crossed..a cool $500 plus a little street cred would sure be nice!

I have a little experience with type design  - Here are some sketches of a font I designed in my college typography class! I'm thinking I'll need something a little more fancy to stand out from the masses...

It's what's for dinner!

I made some Asian Lemon Chicken for dinner the other night. A very tasty meal, but quite involved... If you have some time on your hands (for prep and cleanup!) it's well worth it!

Invitation Suite Sneak-Peek

To kick things off, I thought I'd show a quick peek of one of the invitation suites I'm working on. Right now, the shop is mostly notecards, but I'm hoping to churn out some other work including a line of wedding invitations. Additional pieces for this pattern coming soon!
